Grammys and Emmys were won, and dozens of nominations received, from the world-renowned music studio: SoundMirror. This beautiful 2-unit live/work space (an elegant 4/3 loft home and a 4000+ sf commercial music studio) began as the Jamaica Plain Post Office in the early 1900s, later became a humble salt box factory, and was discovered by the currrent owners 45 years ago. The couple, artists of vision, purchased it and the fun began. Many renovations bring us to the present, and perhaps one of the more remarkable spaces in the area.
